On January 31st, GTML handed over a turnkey heat pump installation at Klokkerlia in Hole Municipality to Nære (formerly Ringerikskraft Nærvarme). The facility consists of 2 x heat pumps that draw heat from 4 x energy wells (480m), with an electric boiler as tip/backup. The facility is expected to deliver up to 300,000 kWh of environmentally friendly heat per year with an expected SCOP of 3.3-3.5.
